Just came across this gem.

His will is trustworthy, salvatory, and loving. Gifted with free will, we can choose to allow this to guide, hold and provide for us. Or, we can not.

Allowing it provides one with a true sense of peace, knowing that in this moment, all is in good hands. Serenity abounds. His will for us.

Disallowing brings with it a need to look far ahead, to seek control over things that are yet unknown and live in dread. Our will for us.

An anxiety born of spiritual insecurity.

An outcome of our free will.

Choosing ours over His.
